How are templates reviewed?
The xTiles team consistently assesses template submissions to uphold the quality standards of our marketplace.
In order to maintain a high standard of quality and adhere to community guidelines, certain types of content are strictly prohibited from inclusion in the xTiles Template Marketplace. The following content is explicitly prohibited and won’t be submitted for publication:
- Any content of a sexually explicit or obscene nature is not allowed.
- Content featuring minors in a sexual context is strictly prohibited.
- Content that involves hate speech or employs highly offensive language is not permitted.
- Templates containing harassment or threats are prohibited.
- Any content depicting graphic violence is not allowed.
- Promotion of illegal activities or goods is strictly prohibited.
- Content that promotes self-harm or harm to others is not allowed.
- Templates promoting terrorism or violent extremism are strictly prohibited.
- Any templates that serve as advertisements are not permitted.
- Templates containing links to spammy websites are strictly prohibited.
Also, we respect principles of privacy and forbid our creators from using in their templates personal information or sensitive data such as:
- Phone Numbers
- Private Email Addresses
- Physical Addresses
- Credit Card, Bank Account, or Social Security Information
- Passwords
I’ve submitted my template. Now what?
Upon reviewing your template, we will promptly notify you via email regarding its acceptance and publication or rejection. Please be advised that this process typically requires 2-3 days.
How many templates can an xTiles user submit?
There is no limit to the number of templates you can submit as an xTiles user – feel free to submit as many as you desire! xTiles encourages creativity and the desire to express yourself in all forms!
How do I change my creator profile information?
You have the flexibility to modify details such as your name, image, links, and description. Simply reach out to us at [email protected], and we’ll assist you with the changes.
Is it possible to modify my template after submitting it?
Feel free to make updates to your published template at any time. If you wish to alter the screenshot of your revised template, kindly contact us for assistance.
Additionally, for modifications to metadata such as the title, price, or description, please email us at [email protected], and we’ll gladly help you with the process.
Do I get to keep all the proceeds from a paid template?
Yes, You will receive the proceeds from your own templates minus bank and payment fees.
How will I receive payment for my sold templates?
You will receive payment for your template purchases at the end of each quarter. To facilitate payment, please provide your PayPal account information. The minimum payment amount is $50. If your balance is below this threshold, the payment will be carried over to the next quarter.
Is it possible for me to participate in the affiliate program as well?
Absolutely! By joining xTiles as an Affiliate partner, you can earn a generous 50% commission for every new sign-up that upgrades to Paid Plans for a 12-month period. For further details, please check the link.
